Akays Secure

Stay safe. Avoid scams.

This page explains how to use Akays safely, recognize suspicious behavior, and report abuse.

No advance payments Verify profiles Avoid external links Keep chats on-platform

1) Never pay in advance

Scammers often ask for “deposit”, “booking fee”, “verification fee”, or “insurance”. Treat any request for advance payment as high risk.

2) Watch for pressure tactics

“Hurry”, “last chance”, “send now”, or emotional manipulation are common scam signals. Real arrangements don’t require panic.

3) Beware of external links

Avoid clicking links to unknown sites, shortened URLs, or “payment pages”. They may lead to phishing or malware.

4) Verify details

Compare photos, check consistency of information, and prefer profiles with clear details. If something feels off, step back.

Common scam patterns

Deposit / prepay request “Pay first to confirm” or “send advance to book”.
Fake verification They ask money “to verify identity”.
WhatsApp / Telegram only They push you off-platform immediately, then block you after payment.
Blackmail threats They threaten to share messages/photos unless you pay.
Suspicious links Shorteners, fake payment portals, or “documents” to download.
